Kangana Ranaut’s firebrand sister Rangoli Chandel suffered a blow after her Twitter account was suspended for allegedly posting offensive Tweets pertaining to the violence in Moradabad. A few miscreants had pelted stones at medical professionals fighting Covid-19 in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad district, that has a sizable Muslim population. Twitter was flooded with posts condemning the violence by the few miscreants.

Chandel allegedly took it too far in her criticism calling for the miscreants to be shot along with the liberals.

One journalist called for Chandel’s Twitter account to be suspended after the latter allegedly posted this.

Film-maker Reema Kagti tagged the Mumbai police urging them to take action against Chandel.

Kagti wasn’t alone. Designer and Sanjay Khan’s daughter Farah Ali Khan and actress Kubbra Sait, too, condemned Chandel’s post.

“Thank you @Twitter @TwitterIndia @jack for suspending this account. I reported this because she targeted a specific community and called for them to be shot along with liberal media and compared herself to the Nazis,” tweeted Khan.

I’ve blocked Rangoli and reported her to twitter. But @MumbaiPolice @CMOMaharashtra@OfficeofUT. This kind of hate mongering is irresponsible. Please look into it, and take necessary actions,” tweeted Sait

Chandel has been known for her strong politician, social views and often ridiculing her sister Kangana’s contemporaries and Bollywood big wigs.
