The Pavitra Rishta actress also slams Chakraborty for claiming that Rajput was still paying the EMIs for her flat and she tried to contact him over the phone.

In an explosive interview with Rajdeep Sardesai of TV Today Network, actress Rhea Chakraborty , the former girlfriend of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the prime accused in the Dil Bechara (2020) actor’s death, took a dig at the actor’s former girlfriend actor Ankita Lokhande. Chakraborty has questioned how even after separating, Lokhande had been living in Rajput’s flat, the EMI’s for which were being paid by Rajput. Lokhande had earlier clarified that how she was paying the EMI for her flat and not the one bought by Rajput in the same society.
The Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019) actress has ridiculed Chakraborty’s allegation and also pointed out that when she dated Rajput, the Dil Bechara  actor had no medical condition nor did he visit any psychiatrist. Chakraborty claimed that in 2013, Rajput had consulted noted psychiatrist Harish Shetty, who had prescribed him the medicine Modafinil.
The actress also rubbished Chakraborty’s claims that she tried to get in contact with Rajput over the phone. Lokhande clarified that in 2019, Rajput had merely commented on her film poster and she had merely thanked him for it.
Ankita went on to say that she didn’t know Rhea or her relationship with Sushant as she was hardly bothered and only came into light when Rajput lost his life and she was questioned about the time they were together.
The actress also enunciated that after hearing Sushant’s family’s side of the story, she stood by it and will stick by it to the end.
Lokhande tweeted, “Few Revelations on today..Follows #ITWILLCONTINUETILLWEGETJUSTICE.”
Earlier on 15 August, Ankita had shared details of her bank account statements showing that the EMIs for her flat was being deducted from her bank account and not from Rajput’s.
Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on 14 June. The case is now being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
